1. General Terms:

   a. By purchasing a ticket from Secret Garden, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

   b. Secret Garden reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Ticket Purchase and Usage:

   a. All tickets purchased from Secret Garden are non-refundable.

   b. Tickets are valid for the specific event and date specified on the ticket.

   c. Tickets cannot be resold or transferred without prior written consent from Secret Garden.

   d. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

   e. Secret Garden reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the premises for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of these terms, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with venue rules and regulations.

3. Event Details and Changes:

   a. Secret Garden will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate event details, including date, time, location, and lineup. However, circumstances beyond our control may require changes, and Secret Garden reserves the right to modify or cancel an event without liability.

   b. In the event of cancellation or significant changes to an event, Secret Garden will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders via the contact information provided during the purchase process. Secret Garden's liability is limited to the refund of the ticket price.

4. Liability and Indemnification:

   a. Secret Garden shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during an event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

   b. Ticket holders assume all risks associated with attending an event at Secret Garden and hereby release Secret Garden, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability arising from such risks.

   c. Ticket holders agree to indemnify and hold Secret Garden harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their attendance at Secret Garden events.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

   a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mecklenburg.

   b. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mecklenburg.
